The
Terms :

The service is available to all Registered users of tendertimes.com.
-
One year Membership Fees – Rs. 5000/- (US $ 100).
-
The Service charge for executing assignments # 1, 2 and
3 will
be Rs.1000/- (US$ 100) only per Tender.
-
The service charge for executing assignment # 3 (Follow-up on
order finalization) will be decided on case to case basis.

Courier charges on actuals wherever applicable will be charged
extra.

In cases where Tender Authority is located remotely, the
Boarding & lodging expenses will be charged extra on
actual. Rail / Bus fare from our nearest represented location
will be charged extra.

An advance intimation of at least 7 working days is required
to execute the assignments.

To enable tendertimes personnel to execute the above assignments,
relevant Authorisation letters to be issued by the Company, as and
when required.

Earnest Money Deposit and cost of Tender Documents, wherever
applicable have to be paid by the company, in the form of crossed
Demand Draft / Cheque / Cash as stipulated in the Tender Notice
Announcement, directly favouring the Tendering Authority.

All payments from Indian companies to be made in favour of
"Ontrack Systems Limited" crossed cheque in
Calcutta / Delhi only and by Pay Order / Demand Draft from other
locations.

Payments in US $ from Companies outside India to be made by wire
transfer favouring Ontrack Systems Limited,
Calcutta, India with intimation to us.
