Corrigendum No.1

The following corrigendum in tender document of Tender Notice No. 04 of 2006-07(Open) of Dy.CE/Con/II/HJP (Tender No. 04 of 2006-07) in payment condition is issued and read as under:-

1.	(a)	80% payment will be made after receipt and passing of steel channel sleepers by Railway at site/Railway store at approved location including all fittings.
	(b)	Balance 20% payment will be released after final fixing of steel channel sleepers at bridge location.
2.	The tender will now be opened on 26.07.2006 instead of 12.07.2006 and tender documents are available upto 25.07.2006 instead of 11.07.06.
	Other terms and conditions will remain unchanged.
