INVITING TENDER
Properly
sealed (PVC tape/ sealing wax) percentage rate tenders are invited by
Divisional Engineer Telecom, Microwave Project, Sambalpur, for
and on behalf of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL), from the ELIGIBLE REGISTERED & EXPERIENCED CONTRACTORS OF SOUND
FINANCIAL STANDING for providing, fixing, and Construction of RCC
Manholes in OAN Sambalpur City & nearby area as detailed
below, as per the specifications laid down in the tender documents.

b) The Contractor should have satisfactorily completed works of
similar nature, such as Under ground Man-holes, Construction of
buildings, Bridges, Overhead and under ground tanks, Telecom Tower
foundation work PHD sewerage lines & Canal construction,
involving concrete works etc. costing 10 Lacs Or above during the
last 2(Two) years.
c) The experience certificate should
be issued by an officer not below the rank of Executive
Engineer.
d) The Contractor should have EPF Code book
& EPF chalan in respect of labours engaged in the work
along with details of labour |

sixty three only) from any Scheduled/Nationalised Bank for

can also be obtained by Post, by sending
a DD of Rs.820/-. However the authority will not
be responsible for postal delay.

Conditional
tender will not be accepted.

The
tenderers have to apply in their letterhead specifying the name of
the works with a set of desired minimum documents and produce the
Original Certificates for verification if required before issue of
tender papers. Tender paper will not be issued to such Contractors/
agencies whose performance in DOT/ BSNL in last two years period
have been unsatisfactory.
|
|
The
tenderer have to fulfil the eligibility conditions as laid down in
the Qualifying Bid for their eligibility before opening of Financial
Bid documents.
|
|
Time
is the essence of work contract. The tenderers who are certain to
complete the work within the stipulated time as mentioned in the
tender document and NIT only need to participate in this tender.
|
|
The
Tender document, which is not accompanied by the requisite Bid
Security, shall be summarily rejected. The Tender will not be
accepted / received after expiry of date and time.
|
|
The
DET, Microwave Project, Sambalpur reserves the right to reject any
or all tenders, in part or whole without assigning any reason
whatsoever. Other details have been specified in the tender
documents.
