Sealed
tenders are invited from the House Owners interested in
renting their house in Baripada town on lease at least for 3
years for the office and store godown of Sub-Divisional
Engineer Telecom, Survey & Advance Project Division,
Baripada. The building should be preferably located from
Murgabadi Chhak to Palabani Chhak along N.H-5/ nearer to NH-5
with easy approach of vehicle. It should have approximately
1000 sft. Plinth area including at least 3 rooms, toilet, open
space, compound wall, garage, water supply and electricity
connection. Owners may apply with drawing showing building
plan, floor area and expected rent per month (both in figure
and words) on or before 14.30Hrs.of 26.05.2007 to the
undersigned and tender papers will be opened on same day at
15.00Hrs.

OF THE TENDER DOCUMENTS |
Demand
draft/Pay order for Rs.113/- (Rupees One hundred
Thirteen) only from any Scheduled/Nationalized Bank for
each set of TENDER DOCUMENT must be made in favor of
"ACCOUNTS OFFICER, BSNL MICROWAVE PROJECT,
BHUABNESWAR .The Document can also be obtained by post
by sending a D/D of Rs.200/-. However the authority will
not be responsible for postal delay. If the tender
document is downloaded from the website www.etp.bsnl.co.in
or www.tendertimes.com, a Demand Draft /Pay order
has to be enclosed separately towards the cost of the
tender document along with Bid Security. |

BID
SECURITY |
The
bidder shall furnish, as part of his bid, a bid security
(EMD) for an amount Rs 1200/- (Rupees One thousand Two
hundred)only. No interest shall be paid by the Bharat
Sanchar Nigam Ltd. on the bid security for any period,
what so ever. Bid Security shall be paid in the form of
Crossed Demand Draft issued by a scheduled bank, drawn
in favour of “Accounts
Officer, Microwave Project, BSNL,
Bhubaneswar”
payable at Bhubaneswar. The bid security of the
unsuccessful bidder will be refunded as promptly as
possible but not later than 30 days after the expiry of
the period of bid validity prescribed by the Bharat
Sanchar Nigam Ltd. |
