Sealed Tenders in the prescribed form are invited by the D.E.T., Microwave Project, Berhampur(Gm) on behalf of CMD, BSNL from experienced contractor/individual/firm/Travel Agency for hiring of multiutility vehicle preferably Mahindra Bolero without AC for (1) D.E.T, M/W(P), Berhampur(Gm) - 01(One) vehicle & (2) D.E.T, S&A(P), Keonjhar – 01(One) vehicle. The hired vehicles are preferably to be utilized under the jurisdiction of DGM, M/W(P), Bhubaneswar.
  

The bidders having the satisfactory performance of similar contracts on hiring of vehicles for at least one year before the date of NIT can participate in the tender.

The Tender Documents (Non-Transferable) containing detailed description of work and Terms & conditions can be had from :-

The Tender documents can be had on payment of Rs. 563/- (Rupees five hundred sixty three) only including tax in the form of Demand Draft/Pay order from any Scheduled/Nationalised Bank for each set of BID DOCUMENT made in favor of “ACCOUNTS OFFICER, BSNL, MICROWAVE PROJECT, BHUBANESWAR” payable at Bhubaneswar. during 10.30 hrs to 13.00 hrs of working hours from 29^th May’2007 to 08^th June’2007 (Every day except Sunday & Public holiday) on production of DD at the offices referred above.  If the Tender document is downloaded from the website a Demand Draft/Pay Order has to be enclosed separately towards the cost of the tender document along with Bid security. Such Bids without the cost of tender paper will summarily be rejected.  Hired vehicle are required not to be older than 4 years.
  

Earnest money of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) only non interest bearing in the form of Demand Draft/Pay order from any Scheduled/Nationalised Bank for each set of BID DOCUMENT must be made in favor of “ACCOUNTS OFFICER, BSNL, MICROWAVE PROJECT, BHUBANESWAR” payable at Bhubaneswar.
    

If holiday or bandh is declared for some reason on the date of opening of tender then tender will be opened on the next working day.
