obtained by post by sending a D/D of Rs.600/-. However the
authority will not be responsible for postal delay. If the

enclosed separately towards the cost of the tender document

tender will not be accepted.

The
tenderers have to apply in their letterhead specifying the name of
the works with a set of desired minimum documents and produce the
Original Certificates for verification if required before issue of
tender papers. Tender paper will not be issued to such
contractors/agencies whose performance in DOT/BSNL in last two years
period is found unsatisfactory.

|
ELIGIBILITY
CONDITION: - ( For Cable blowing/cable pulling work)
|
|
a)
|
Contractors
having OFC/ underground cable laying experience with sound financial
condition having executed minimum value of works of 5 lakhs in last
three years. The contractors should have actually received the
amount mentioned above.
|
|
b)
|
The
Contractors should have valid category contract license for civil
works issued by CPWD/State PWD/Irrigation /Railway.Departments
etc.and must satisfy all other conditions stipulated in the tender
document. BSNL empanelled contractors of A1, A, B, C & D
category are eligible to participate in the NIT.
|
|
c)
|
A
certificate to this effect issued by an officer
not below the rank of Executive Engineer /Divisional Engineer
should be enclosed alongwith the Bid Document.
|
|
ELIGIBILITY
CRITERIA FOR SUPPLY OF NYLON ROPE.
|
|
Registered
manufacturers/suppliers with valid TIN & PAN certificates.The
bidder should have made bulk supplies ( at least for three laks )
during last two years.The bidder must cnclose documents in support
of earlier supplies.
|
|
Each
bidder is free to participate three categories of items in the
tender.
|
|
The
tendered have to fulfill the eligibility conditions as laid down in
the qualifying bid for their eligibility before opening of Financial
bid documents. Time is the essence of work contract. The tenderers
who are certain to complete the work/supply within the stipulated
time as mentioned in the tender document and NIT only need to
participate in this tender.
|
|
The
Tender document, which is not accompanied by the requisite Bid
Security, shall be summarily rejected. The tender will not be
accepted/ received after expiry of date and time.
|
|
The
DET, TP Rourkela reserves the right to reject any or all tenders, in
part or whole without assigning any reason whatsoever. Other details
have been specified in the tender documents.
