Baniapat, Keonjhar in presence of the tenderers or their
authorized representatives if available. |

TIME
OF OPENING FINANACIAL BID |

be intimated to the qualified bidders/ office notice

Conditional
tender will not be accepted.
|
|
The
tenderers have to apply in their letterhead specifying the
name of the works with a set of desired minimum documents and
produce the Original Certificates for verification if required
before issue of tender papers.
|
|
ELIGIBILITY
CONDITION: - ( For PLB DUCT laying work)
|
|
a)
|
Contractors
having OFC/ underground cable laying experience with sound
financial condition having executed minimum value of works of
4(Four)lakhs in last three years. The contractors should have
actually received the amount mentioned above.
|
|
b)
|
The
Contractors should have valid category
“C” & above contract license for civil works
issued by CPWD/State PWD/Irrigation /Railway departments
etc.and must satisfy all other conditions stipulated in the
tender document. BSNL empanelled contractors of A1, A, B, C
& D category are also eligible to participate in the NIT.

c)
|
Experienced
certificate issued by an officer
not below the rank of Executive Engineer /Divisional
Engineer should be enclosed alongwith the Bid Document.
|
|
d)
|
Each
bidder can participate for maximum 2(two) sections. However
out of all the sections of three routes namely Mathakargola -
Birasal, Gadapalasuni – Kankadahara & Joda - Soyabali
taken together, one can participate in one section only.
|
|
e)
|
Contractor
should submit the valid EPF code book along with Bid document
or that must be produced by L1 bidder prior to agreement.
|
|
f)
|
Attested
copy of the solvency certificate of Rs 2lakh from any schedule
bank is to be summited by the tenderer along with qualifying
bid. The solvency certificate should not be older than the
date of publication of the NIT. The solvency certificate is
not required for the contractors those are working under Dy.
General Manager, Microwave Project, Bhubaneswar.

g)
|
The
contractor who have work in hand in any division under the
judiction of Dy.General Manager, Microwave Project,
Bhubaneswar & not completed the same within the schedule
period are not eligible to participate in the tender.
|
|
The
tenderer have to fulfill the eligibility conditions as laid
down in the qualifying bid for their eligibility before
opening of Financial bid documents. Time is the essence of
work contract. The tenderers who are certain to complete the
work within the stipulated time as mentioned in the tender
document and NIT only need to participate in this tender.
|
|
The
Tender document, which is not accompanied by the requisite Bid
Security, shall be summarily rejected. The tender will not be
accepted/ received after expiry of date and time.
|
|
The
Dy.General Manager, Microwave Project, Bhubaneswar reserves
the right to reject any or all tenders, in part or whole
without assigning any reason whatsoever. Other details have
been specified in the tender documents.
