Addendum No.-1 against tender Notice No. SGW272_84_T1_7B read as para 8 of Tender Notice is 'Tenderer has to take Service Tax Registration, if applicable in term's of Section 65(25b) read with 65(105)(zzq) of the Finance Act of 1994.'
