Addendum No.-2 to Tender Notice No. SGW272_84_T1_7B for  " Transportation, Loading & Unloading of  cable, Relays, Point Machines, Location Boxes etc. form different Railway Workshop/Unit at Howrah, Sealdah, Liluah, Belur, Gorakhpur, Dhanbad, Hazipur, Danapur, Podanur, Secunderabad etc. to store in Asansoal Division of Eastern Railway".
  

Addendum No.-2 against tender Notice No. SGW272_84_T1_7B read as para 9 of Tender Notice in Bid Document is 
   

The contractor shall be required to furnish an indemnity bond (on Rs. 50/- or Rs. 100/- stamp paper) for the security of the Railway materials handled by him through this contract. The contractor shall indemnity and save harmless the Railway form and against all action, suits, proceedings, losses, cost, damages, charges, claims and demands of every nature and description brought or recovered against the Railways by reason of any act of omission of the contractor, his agent or employees in  execution of the work in guarding of the same. The contractor shall be full loyal and with full integrity towards Railway during this work.
  

Concerned Dy.CSTE/Works will nominate his authorized qualified representative to accompany physically all the activities of the contract and the authorized representative as above will be responsible to ensure safety and security of Railway material.
  

In case of any unusal happenings during execution of the work, the authorized representative will adopt immediate suitable action as required by law.
  

Other terms and condition remain unchanged.
