Ref: - Tender Notice No.13 of 2007-08(Open) Dy.CE/Con/I/HJP & Tender No.19 of 2007-08 (Open) published on 28.07.2007
 

With reference to the above, referred tender Notice, the corrigendum is issued hereby. According to which information may be read as under:-
 
(1) Due to unavoidable circumstances, the tender will now be opened on 05.09.2007 in stead of 29.08.2007 and tender documents will be available up to 04.09.2007 instead of 28.08.2007.
 
(2) In this tender, solvency certificate from Revenue/Bankers in connection with advertised tender value is not required.
 
(3) All terms & conditions will remain unchanged.
