Notes :
 

1.

You should send your sealed offer in your own letter heads addressed directly to Addl. General Manager (Purchase). Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers Ltd., 43/46, Garden Reach Road, Kolkata-700024 by registered post or should drop offer in Tender Box, kept in Purchase Department in such a manner that offers are received at our end by due date & time. Late offers will not be entertained. The Tender No. & Date with date of opening should be clearly written in the Tender and also on the envelope (duly closed and sealed). The Tender should be submitted in 2 separately sealed envelopes. (1) Technical & Commercial bid in duplicate & (2) Price Bid-one copy, putting the two separate sealed envelopes in a large 3^rd envelope duly sealed and superscribed with Tender No. & date, due date and the Name of Bidder. Mixing of bids or Combined bids if submitted will be rejected. GRSE’s General Terms & Conditions of Tender as enclosed will also apply.

GRSE reserves the right to accept any tender or part of a tender or reject any/all tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever.
 

3.

GRSE also reserves the right to split up the tendered quantity and place order on more than one supplier.
 

4.

On the due date of tender opening, only technical and commercial bids will be opened. You may send your representative to be present during tender opening.
 

Price bids for the technically and commercially accepted bidders will be opened at a later date with due notice.
 

5.

Our total requirement of above item is for 10 Ship sets. At present we are procuring for 4 Ship sets and procurement action for balance 6 Ship sets will be taken after commissioning of above 4 Ship sets. We also require similar items for production of large Ships. The vendor who will supply and commission successfully LAN system on above 4 Ships may get our Tender enquiry for our future requirement.
