CORRIGENDUM & ADDENDUM NO.-1 to Tender Notice No. SGW.272/140/T1/3
Design, Supply, Installation & commissioning of Automatic Signalling between HWH-KAN section in HWH Division and DDJ-DKAE section in SDAH Division of Eastern Railway using Audio Frequency Track Circuit including power supply arrangement and networking with Data Loggers along with construction of masonry building duly electrified for housing of AFTC equipment & modification of existing indoor & outdoor Signalling Equipment at station and LC gates. (Two packet system tender).
     

In the above mentioned tender notice No. read as under:-

In credential criteria para 2. should be minimum of 150% of advertised tender value. Tender committee would satisfy themselves about the authenticity of the certificates produce by the tenderer(s) to this effect which may be an attested certificate from the employer/client, audited balance sheet duly certified by chattered account etc. in stead of Should be minimum of 150% of advertised tender value. Tender committee should submit certified copies of Audited Balance Sheet/ Profit & Loss Account/ Certified reports of auditors in support of fulfilment of the above eligibnility critieria. The documents indicated above must be certified by a chattered accountants.

In connection with this Tender No. SGW272/140/T1/3 (Two packet system) due on 26.02.2008, the Pre-Bid conference will be held in GM's Conference room at 12.00 Hrs. on 19.02.2008. Intending tenderers are requested to attend the same for best appreciation of the work concerned. The tender shall be submitted in two packets, the "Credential Bid" and "Price Bid". Both the bids shall be sealed in separate envelops and both envelops will be put a large envelop. All the envelops will be suitable described on the cover in details. On the date of opening, only "Credential Bid" will be opened and "Price Bid" will be opened in some subsequent date which will be informed duly.
     

Other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
