Corrigendum & Addendum No. 1 to Tender
Notice No. SGW 272/140/T1/4 for Design, Supply of materials (Partly),
Installation, testing & commissioning of indoor & outdoor signalling
equipments for replacement of Auto Signalling System with Audio
Frequency Trac Circuit in SDAH-BLN-NACC sectoin in Sealdah Division of
Eastern Railway.

In the above mentioned tender notice
read as under:-

The date of opening of tender is
04.03.2008 in stead of 19.02.2008.

In rate schedule item No. 35 of
Annexure-"Z", Part-II:-
|
|
|
Supply of noise free Audio Frequency
Track Circuit Equipments complete system, centre fed/end fed as per
specification No. RDSO/SPN/146/2001 with latest amendment including
transmitter, receiver, filter, demodulator, amplifier, relay, electronic
module, power supplies etc. Frequency of operation used should be immune
to thyrister (chopper) controlled EMD rake/locomotives. AFTC should have
cascading feature to suit for installation in Auto Signalling territory
conditions as mentioned in "special technical conditions for AFTC"
Annexure-A1 should be completed. In stead of Supply of remote fed
noise free Audio Frequency Track Circuit Equipments complete system,
centre fed/end fed as per specification No. RDSO/SPN/146/2001 with
latest amendment including transmitter, receiver, filter, demodulator,
amplifier, relay, electronic module, power supplies etc. (AFTC should be
able to function without impedance bond). Frequency of operation used
should be immune to thyrister (chopper) controlled EMD rake/locomotives.
AFTC should have cascading feature to suit for installation in Auto
Signalling territory conditions as mentioned in "special technical
conditions for AFTC" Annexure-A1 should be completed.

In Annexure-A1, SYSTEM DESIGN S.L. No.
1(a):-
|
|
|
Frequency plan: It shall indicate the
length of the track circuit type of AFTC, Frequency, location of TU, S
bonds, Alpha bonds, Z bonds etc. Use of impedance bond to be avoided as
far as possible to avoid possibility of theft. A summary in the form of
a table indicating Track Circuit number, type of AFTC, frequency and TU
shall be given. This should be submitted after conducting joint site
survey with the Railways. In stead of Frequency plan: It shall
indicate the length of the track circuit type of AFTC, Frequency,
location of TU, S bonds, Alpha bonds, Z bonds etc. No impedance bond to
be used. A summary in the form of a table indicating Track Circuit
number, type of AFTC, frequency and TU shall be given. This should be
submitted after conducting joint site survey with the Railways.
