(Annual Rate Contract for transportation of materials by Air/Surface/Rail Courier to various destinations in India from M/s GRSE Ltd., Kolkata and vice-versa through Courier Services from the date of issue of Work Order for One year)
   

TIME SCHEDULE FOR TENDER
   

1.

Issue of Tender Form  :  Tender Form will be issued on payment of Rs.200/- through Bank Draft drawn from any Nationalized Bank in favour of M/s Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers Ltd. from Sr. Manager(Service)’s  Office between    25 Feb. to 24 Mar 08 only to Transporters who fulfill the  eligibility criteria as indicated below. Alternatively, the tender papers may be directly downloaded from our website:www.grse.nic.in and may be used for tendering. In this case two Bank Drafts should accompany one each for Tender documents Rs.200/- non-refundable & Rs.30,000/- interest free for EMD separately.

Last date for submission for Tender is 24  Mar, 2008 before 1400 Hrs.

The Tender Box will be opened at 1430 Hrs. on 24 Mar 2008 in the Office of AGM(STORES)/SR.MANAGER (SERVICE).
   

All Tender will be opened in the presence of Tenders or their authorised representative if any. 
  

In the event of our Office has to remain closed on 24 Mar 08 due any reason beyond our control the tender will be opened on the next working day except Saturday without any special intimation to Tenders.
   

ELIGIBILITY CRITERION
    

a)

Proof for latest fleet of minimum ten particular vehicles registered and in possession of the Transporters.
  

b)

Latest list of their outlets located in India with Godown facilities with proper Tele. No.& address.
  

c)

Transporter’s local office with Tele. No. address & godown facility if any.
  

d)

Past experience having worked in Govt./PSU/Reputed Organization if any.
  

e)

Latest Income Tax Clearance Certificate
  

f)

Bank Draft of Rupees 30,000/- (Forth Thirty only) payable to M/s Garden Reach  Shipbuilders & Engineers Ltd.  from any Nationalized Bank towards EMD and the same will be converted to Security Deposit interest free in respect of successful bidder.
   

g)

Bidder are to submit their PAN, Service Tax Registration Certificate and Financial Audit Account for last three years.
