SUB:  LINE OUT MARKING INSIDE COMPARTMENT AND EXPOSED DECKS, YARD - 3017
   

1)

The job is to be carried out as per enclosed SOR No. RN/3017 – 20/ SC/HO/003(Annexure-I) (Seven Sheets).
   

2)

Quality Assurance Authority: GRSE (QA), WOT(K).
   

3)

The job to be completed as per schedule indicated by GRSE.
   

4)

Commercial Terms & Conditions are as per the enclosed Annexure –II.
  

5)

Bids are to be submitted in two separate envelopes duly sealed and super scribing the Enquiry No. and title “ Line Out Marking Inside Compartment and Exposed Decks, Yard - 3017  ” and to be submitted in Tender Box kept in Contract Cell, at GRSE Main, 43/46, Garden Reach Road, Kolkata 700-024, within the due date as per the requirement as detailed below :-
   

i) Techno Commercial Offer  - In Triplicate .
 ii) Price Bid                     -  In Original only. (As per Quotation Format).

EMD of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) is to be submitted in the form of DD along with Techno-Commercial offer (GRSE graded vendors, who have submitted a fixed amount towards EMD as per GRSE grading policy, are not required to submit any amount afresh as EMD. They are to submit a copy of the money receipt with the Technical Bid).

PRE - QUALIFICATION for the firms  responding from the website:-

a)

Firms should be technically competent to undertake the job and should be financially solvent.

b)

Experience of having satisfactorily executed similar type of jobs onboard ships/elsewhere in last three years in reputed concern (s) is desirable.

c)

 Following are to be submitted along with Techno - Commercial offer :-

Valid sales Tax clearance certificate, PAN No., Solvency certificate from Banker, copies of registration with PF/ESI/Service Tax authorities and other credentials from reputed organizations etc, and audited annual accounts for last three years along with annual report.  Firms registered with GRSE need not submit above documents.
   

8)

GRSE reserves the right to accept or reject the offer in part or full without assigning any reason.
   

9)

All documents enclosed with this tender are to be signed and attached with technical bid as a mark of acceptance.
  

10)

Drawings may be seen at CDO, 61 Park before submission of the bid.
