Pre-Qualification of Tenderers

1.

GRSE intends to procure 02 nos. EOT Cranes (Electrical Overhead Crane) of 20 ton capacity (safe working load) and about 25m span each, which will be installed at new Module Hall. The job involves design, procurement, manufacturing, supply, erection and commissioning of EOT Crane.
  

2.

Pre-qualification applications are invited from reputed, interested firms having experience and proven record for design, procurement, manufacturing, supply, erection and commissioning of EOT crane.
 

3.

Interested and capable contractors may send their applications with complete details as indicated below:
 

(a)

List of similar nature of work executed in last 5 years with executed value, completion certificate and list of work in progress.
 

(b)

List of facility owned including organisational set-up and equipment.
 

(c)

Financial solvency certificate from Banker.
 

(d)

Annual reports of the company for last 3 years.
 

(e)

Valid IT, ST, VAT, Service Tax, ESI, PF registration certificates.
 

(f)

Registration with CPWD or other Govt./PSU organisations, if any.
 

4.

Application with all supporting details in duplicate, addressed to the General Manager (S) (D & YM), GRSE is to be submitted to the Yard modernisation Office (Tel: 2469-9293) at 43/46 Garden Reach Road, Kolkata­700 024 within 28 March, 2008.
 

5.

Tender document for participation will be issued to the pre-qualified firms only.
 

6.

GRSE reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications without assigning any reason thereof.
