EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

1.

Expression of interest is invited for pre-qualification from suitable applicants interested in undertaking construction of GRP Boats of 10m and 13m lengths at the Main Works and 61 Park Unit of GRSE Ltd., Kolkata-700 024.
 

2.

The scope of work and responsibility will include construction of the hull and other components, their erection and fitment, installation/ fitment of propulsion system and other equipment/ fittings, painting and carrying out system tests/ trials.
 

3.

Those interested shall submit the following documents to DGM (Contract) (Main) at GRSE Main at the above address in sealed envelopes superscribing “Expression of Interest No. EOI/Main/Contract/005, Construction of GRP Boats” within 24.03.2008 (1400 hrs.) :-
 

a)

Constitution or legal status of applicants indicating place of registration and principle place of business.
 

b)

Experience in similar works carried out under Classification Rules, list of clients and proof of satisfactory completion of work.
 

c)

List of work executed during past five years including year-wise monetary value, which should amount to Rupees one crore in the last three years.
 

d)

Financial / Annual Report for the last three years including Balance Sheet/ Profit & Loss A/c and Auditor’s Report etc.
 

e)

Copies of certificates for PF, ESI, VAT, Service Tax, PAN and Sales Tax clearance.
 

f)

Names, addresses, telephone and fax numbers of the Bankers.
 

g)

Number of persons including qualification and experience of key people to be deployed.
 

h)

Details of existing commitment and ongoing projects in hand.
 

i)

Credentials from reputed organizations.
 

j)

Others, if any.
