Sub : Annual Rate Contract for packing including supply of material  as required by GRSE Ltd.

Refer to above mentioned tender enquiry which was  hoisted on  TENDER TIMES . COM  AND www.grse.nic.in  web site on 18 Mar  2008  and tender was to be opened on 04 Mar 2008. Now the time and date for opening the tender has been extended  as given below.

Issue of Tender Form  :  Tender Form will be issued on payment of Rs.200/- through Bank Draft drawn from any Nationalized Bank in favour of M/s Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers Ltd. from Sr. Manager (Service)’s  Office between  18 Feb. to  02 Apr. 08 only to reputed packing agencies who fulfill the  eligibility criteria as indicated below. Alternatively, the tender papers may be directly downloaded from our website www.grse.nic.in and may be used for tendering. In this case two Bank Drafts should accompany one each for Tender documents Rs.200/- non-refundable & Rs.20,000/- interest free for EMD separately.

Last date for submission for Tender is  02 Apr  2008 before 1400 Hrs.

The Tender Box will be opened at 1430 Hrs. on 02Apr  2008 in the Office of AGM(STORES)/SR.MANAGER (SERVICE). All Tender will be opened in the presence of Tenderers or their authorised   representative if any.

In the event of our Office has to remain closed on 05 Mar. 2008 due any reason beyond our control the tender will be opened on the next working day except Saturday without any special intimation to Tenderers.
 

ELIGIBILITY CRITERION
    

a)

Having expertise in quality packing of small and big size ship’s building material / equipments.
 

b)

Vender should have local office with telephone numbers, address and name of contact person.
 

c)

Bidder are to submit their PAN, Service Tax Registration Certificate and audited Balance Sheet for one year.
 

d)

Bank draft of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand Only) payable to Ms/ Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers Ltd., Kolkata-700 024.
