If
the Tender document is downloaded from the website
a Demand Draft/
Pay Order has to be enclosed separately towards the cost of
the tender document along with Bid Security.

| 07.a) |
ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS [FOR HDD WORKS] :
|
| i) |
The contractors should have valid Contract license
for civil works issued by CPWD/State PWD/ Irrigation & Railway
Department etc.
|
| ii) |
The Contractor should be in a position to execute
the work in narrow lanes of cities areas.
|
| iii) |
The Contractor should have the ownership/lease of
at least one HDD machine and accessories.
|
| iv) |
The Contractor should have executed HDD works of
minimum 5 Kms in last 2(two) years
|
| 07.b) |
ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS [FOR OF CABLE BLOWING
WORKS] :
|
| i) |
Contractors having experience in OFC/Underground
Cable laying work with sound financial condition.
|
| ii) |
Experience certificate issued by an officer not below
the rank of Executive Engineer/Divisional Engineer should be enclosed
alongwith the Bid Document.
|
| iii) |
The Contractor should have the ownership/lease of
Cable blowing machine and accessories.
|
| 07.c) |
ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS [FOR SUPPLY OF 50 MM/100 MM
ISI MARKED GI MEDIUM PIPES] :
|
| i) |
Registered Manufacturers/Authorized Distributor having
registered office in Orissa.
|
| ii) |
The price quoted for G.I. Pipe should be inclusive
of all taxes including VAT, Entry Tax etc.. No road permit or “c”
Form will be supplied by BSNL.
|
| iii) |
The bidder should have made bulk supplies (at least
for for Rs.20 lakhs) during last 2 years.
|
| iv) |
The bidder should enclose documents in support of
earlier supplies.
|
| 08. |
The
bidders must satisfy all the conditions and submit the required
documents mentioned in the bid document.
|
| 09. |
The
bidders have to apply in their letterheads specifying the name of
the works for issue of tender papers.
|
| 10. |
Time
is the essence of work contract. The bidders who are certain to
complete the works within the stipulated time as mentioned in the
tender document and NIT need only participate in this tender.
|
| 11. |
The
bidders have to fulfill the eligibility conditions as laid down
in the Qualifying Bid for opening of their Financial Bid documents.
|
| 12. |
Separate
tender papers should be purchased for each item.
|
| 13. |
Tender
Papers of such agencies whose performance in DOT/BSNL have been
unsatisfactory will be rejected. Decision of DGM, MW(P), Bhubaneswar
in this regard will be final and binding.
|
| 14. |
Tender
document, not accompanied by the requisite Bid Security (EMD)
shall be summarily rejected.
|
| 15. |
Contractors/
Agencies not fulfilling the eligibility conditions need not take
part in the tender. Taking part in the tender without fulfilling
the eligibility conditions will be at their risk only.
|
| 16. |
Tenders
will not be accepted / received after expiry of date and time.
|
| 17. |
Conditional
Tenders will not be accepted.
|
| 18. |
The
DGM M/W Project, Bhubaneswar reserves the right to reject any or
all tenders, in part or whole without assigning any reason thereof.
