a) Hydrogen Hydrate, Strength-80% (ww), 10.5, Total Silica as SiO2-less than 5.0 PPM, Chloride as NaCl less than 1.0 PPM (Qutn: 7000 Kg.)

b) Tri-Sodium Phosphate, as per IS-573-1992 (Reaffirmed 1997) Dedecahydrate (Tech) Grate. (Qtn: 5,000 KG).

Earnest Money: 2% of the total quoted value should be submitted by Demand Draft or Pay Order along with Tender. Tender submitted without Earnest Money will not be accepted.

Cost of Tender Paper Rs. 112.50/- (inclusive of VAT)  to be Deposited in cash, in Cash Section (non refundable) and Rs. 87.50 extra for sending by post for each Tender.
    

Last Date for Sale of Tender Paper is 01/04/2008 up to 12 noon and Opening will be done on the same day at 3.00 P.M.
     

Detail specification and terms and conditions of supply set forth in the tender which can be made available from the Office of the Sr. Manager  (Stores & Purchase), The Durgapur Projects Ltd., Administrative Building, Durgapur - 713 201 and after being satisfied with Valid Trade Licence, PAN Card, Professional Tax Clearance Certificate, Valid Registration Certificate either under WB VAT Act' 2003 or under CST Act and past credentials for supply of such materials to other part.
      

The authority reserves the right to reject or accept any or all tenders without assigning any reason thereof.
