Sealed tenders are invited by the Sr. Manager (Civil)/Plant
Service/The Durgapur Projects Ltd. In three Part Bidding System
containing (1) submission of Earnest Money (Part-I), (2) Techno-commercial Part (Part -II) and
(3) price offer (Part -III) from
eligible bidders for the following work at Durgapur Projects Limited, Durgapur,
Dist. Burdwan, West Bengal.

CONSTRUCTION OF DRAINS INCLUDING R.C.C. CULVERTS NEAR
NEW WAGON TIPPLER AT DPPS. [JOB NO. 01/PROJECTS]

Time of completion:-
4 (Four) months.
|

|
Sale of document :-
Tender document can be purchased
on the basis of a written application addressed to the Sr. Manager
(Civil)/Plant
Service/DPL at the above address with a payment of Rs. 1,000.00 + VAT @ 12.5%
i.e. Rs. 1,125.00 (Rupees One thousand one hundred twenty-five) only (non-refundable)
towards cost of tender document to be deposit to the Cash Section/DPL.

Tender documents to be sold on all working days except
Sunday and holidays upto 08.04.2008 between 10.00 A.M. and 3.00 P.M. and on
Saturday from 10.00 A.M. to 12.30 P.M.
|

Earnest Money Deposit :-
2% of the offered amount
in the form of D.D./Pay Order/Bank Guarantee on any Nationalized Schedule
Bank.
|
|
6.
|
Qualification of the bidder :
a) As on date of application, the bidder must have credentials for
successful completion of similar item of works in a single contract within
the last 5 (five) years directly under any Govt. Organization, undertaking
and autonomous body of value not less than Rs. 15.00 Lakhs.
b) Permanent Account No. (PAN) including a copy of the PAN Card, VAT, Challan for payment of P.Tax
for the current financial year, Trade Licence, work order, Schedule of works and job completion
certificate.
c) In addition to above, satisfactory fulfillment of other relevant clauses
to the tender document shall apply.

Submission and opening of Tender
:-
Tender (Part -I, Part-II
& Part-III) shall be submitted on 10.04.2008 within 3.00 P.M. and Part -I
& Part-II
tender shall be opened on the same day at 3.30 P.M.
|

8.
|
Tender papers are not transferable.
|
|
9.
|
Issuance of tender documents will not be construed to mean
that such bidders are automatically considered qualified.
|
|

|
