1.

Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers Limited, 43/46 Garden Reach Road, Kolkata-700 024, desires to short list reputed and experienced agencies to design a state of art fire hydrant network fulfilling the norms and guidelines of TAC or other equivalent Government statutory bodies. The agency should have a minimum three years experience on preparation of Fire Hydrant Network alongwith pumping station.

The successful bidders shall be required to carry out the following jobs.
 

i)

Design an appropriate fire hydrant network complete with water pumping station as per TAC norms or other equivalent Government statutory guidelines and prepare associated drawings obtain approval of competent authority of the system designed by the bidder for Main yard. GRSE Ltd.
 

ii)

Preparation of bill of material, Specification, and tender documents.
 

iii)

Estimated cost.
 

iv)

The successful agency should obtain statutory approval to commission the network on behalf of GRSE.
 

v)

The successful bidders should provide all necessary technical inputs as and when require at various stage of implementation of fire hydrant network.
 

3.

Interested and capable agencies may send their application with complete details as indicated below:
    

a)

List of similar nature of work executed in last 3 years with executed value order no, completion certificate from banker. Name of person/designation, whom reference can be made.
 

b)

List of facility owned including organization setup.
 

c)

Financial Solvency Certificate from Banker.
  

d)

Annual Reports of the company for last 3 years.
  

e)

Valid IT, ST, VAT, Service Tax, ESI, PF, and PAN registration certificate.
 

f)

Registration with Govt. Fire Service or other Govt./PUS organizations, if any.

Application with all supporting details in duplicate in a sealed envelope, addressed to Dy. General Manager (ES), GRSE is to be submitted to DGM (ES)'s Office (Tel : 2489 3619), at 43/46 Garden Road, Kolkata-700 024 with in 21.04.08.
  

5.

Tender document for participation will be issued to the pre-qualified firms only.
  

6.

GRSE reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications without assigning any reasons thereof.
