Expression of Interest for Preparation of Technical Documentation

1.

Expression of interest is invited from firms, experienced in production of technical documentation for naval systems, as per naval specification and using the latest methods of document production, for preparation of Design Documentation and System Exploitation Documentation for P-28 Class of ships, based on inputs provided by shipyard.
 

2.

Interested parties are requested to send their applications with complete details, as indicated below:
 

(a)

List of similar nature of work executed in last 5 years with executed value, completion certificate and list of work in progress.
 

(b)

List of facility owned including organizational set-up.
 

(c)

Financial solvency certificate from Banker.
 

(d)

Audited Accounts and Annual reports of the company for last 3 years.
 

(e)

Valid IT, ST, VAT, Service Tax, ESI, PF registration certificates.
 

(f)

Registration with other Govt/PSU organizations, if any.
 

3.

Application with all supporting details in duplicate, addressed to the General Manager (S) (D & YM), GRSE is to be submitted to the Central Design Office (Tel: 033 2469 8140-43, Extension 396) at 61, Garden Reach Road, Kolkata-700024 within 21 Apr. 08.
   

4.

Tender document for participation will be issued to the pre-qualified firms only.
   

5.

GRSE reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications without assigning any reason thereof.
