Earnest Money @ 2% of the quoted price should be submitted by Demand Draft or Pay Order alongwith Tender. Tender submitted without Earnest Money will not be accepted.

Cost of Tender Paper Rs. 112.50/- (inclusive of VAT) to be Deposited in cash, in Cash Section (non refundable) and Rs. 87.50 extra for sending by post for each Tender.
     

The last date for Sale of Tender Papers is 24.04.2008 up to 12 Noon and Opening  will be done on the same day at 3.00 P.M.
  

Detailed specification and terms and conditions of supply setforth in the tender which can be made available from the Office of the Sr. Manager (Stores & Purchase), The Durgapur Projects Ltd., Administrative building, Durgapur-713 201 and after being satisfied with Valid Trade Licence, PAN Card, Professional Tax Clearance Certificate, Valid Registration Certificate either under WBVAT Act' 2003 or under CST Act and past credentials for supply of such materials to other part.
