Qualification of the bidder:-
    

As on date of application the bidder must have:-
 

a)

Credentials for successful completion of items of works of similar nature in a single contract during the last 3 (three) years directly under any Govt. Organization / Undertaking of value not less than 50% of approximate contract value.
   

b)

Turn over of the Company should not be less than the value of instant Tender.
   

c)

Last date of Sale (Permission) of Tender Paper 16.04.2008 up to 12.30 P.M.
    

Detailed Tender Paper, Schedule of quantities, terms and conditions etc. may be seen from aforesaid office on any working day between 11.00 A.M. to 4.00 P.M. Upto 16.04.2008 except Saturday and Holidays. The Tender paper may be purchased by depositing the cash receipt of the cost of Tender paper. The intending Tenderers will have to produce current Sales Tax clearance certificate/ VAT, Trade License, P.Tax, & Pan Card and any documentary evidence to prove their past experiences , capability, financial resources to execute the work in an efficient manner without which no Tender forms will be issued to any party. Before obtaining Tender paper permission is to be taken from Sr. Manager (C)/Township, D.P.L. Tender will be received by Sr. Manager (Admn)/D.P.L. in his office at New Admn. Bldg. upto 2.00 P.M. on or before 17.04.2008 and will be opened on 17.04.2008 at 2.30 P.M. in the Office of the Sr. Manager (Admn)/D.P.L. in presence of the Tenderers who might be present at that time.
