Thermal Insulation of Boilder Casing, Wind Box, Air Heater Casing, Pent House, I.D.F.D., & P.A. Fan ducts and ESP ducting of Unit No. # 2 Boiler/DPPS.
     

Sealed quotations in two parts i.e Part-I (Deposition of E.M.D., Eligibility Criteria and Techno-Commercial Qualification Bid) and Part-II (Price Bid) in duplicate are invited from bonafide and resourceful contractor to undertake the above mention job, mentioning NIT NO. and date of opening addressed to the GENL. MGR. (POWER PLANT)/DPPS.
   

Tender paper will be available from the office of the G.M. (PP)/DPPS/DPL on all working days (except Sunday, Saturday and Holidays) from 11.00 A.M. to 4.00 P.M. on application to the G.M. (P.P)/DPPS/Dy.G.M. (P.P)/DPPS/Addl. Sr. Mgr.(Boiler)/DPPS with credential and payment of Rs. 300/- (Rupees three hundred) only plus Taxes as applicable (non-refundable) to the cash section DPL as the Cost of tender paper. No tender paper will be issued by post.

Earnest Money

:

Earnest Money of 12,700/- should be deposited in Step-I offer in the form of Demand Draft or pay order which should be valid up to 6 (Six months) from the date of opening of the tender. The D/D or pay order should be issued from any Nationalized Bank in favour of The Durgapur Projects Limited, payable at Durgapur.

Quotation without earnest money will not be accepted and will be rejected outright. SSI/NSIC are not exempted from depositing earnest money. Offer through fax will not be accepted.
