Sealed Tenders in 3-part system are invited from the reputed manufacturers for supply of following items :

1.	Shaft Sleeve (Bearing)	- 3 nos.
2.	Shaft Sleeve (Stuffing Box)	- 2 nos.
3.	Neoprene Rubber Line Bush	- 3 nos.
	All above are required for CW Pump - 10/983 for Unit no.6 of (110 MW), BHEL make at DPPS, as per Drg. no. 9182005-01-02

Sale of Tender Paper	:	Upto 21.05.08
Value of Tender document	:	Rs.112.50 inclusive of VAT by cash or Rs.172.50 inclusive of VAT by DD, if purchased by post/Courier Service.

Submission of Tender	:	22.05.08 upto 02.00 p.m.
Place of submission of Tender	:	Office of Sr. Mgr. (Purchase) DPL, Durgapur.
Mode of submission of Tender	:	Tender is to be submitted in 3-part as mentioned below:
		1)	1^st part should contain Earnest Money @2% of the quoted value.
		2)	2^nd part should contain credentials and all technical & commercial aspects.
		3)	3^rd part should contain price bid only.
