O&M AND ALL IN SERVICE CONTRACT OF CENTRAL AC PLANT FOR UNIT 1-5 EQUIPPED WITH 4 x 50 TR CAPACITY COMPRESSORS AND 2 x 15 TR CAPACITY PACKAGED AC FOR A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR WITH EFFECT FROM 11.09.2008 TO 10.09.2009.
     

Sealed quotations in duplicate are invited from bonafide and resourceful contractor to undertake the above mentioned job mentioning NIT No. and date of opening addressed to the General Manager (PP)/ DPPS/DPL. Tender paper will be available only from the office of the General Manager (PP)/DPPS/DPL, on all working day (except Saturday, Sunday and Holiday) from 11.00 A.M. to 4 P.M. on application to the Dy.G.M (PP)/Sr. Mgr. (E)/DPPS with credentials and payment of Rs. 1,000.00 (Rupees One thousand) only plus taxes as applicable (Non-Refundable) to the cash section. DPL as the cost of tender paper. No. tender paper will be issued by post.

Earnest Money

:

Rs. 20,000.00 (Rupees Twenty Thousand) only in the form of D/D, pay order OR a Bank Guarantee of equivalent amount from any nationalized Bank in favour of "The Durgapur Projects Limited" payable at Durgapur. Bank Guarantee of Rs. 30,000.00 only from any nationalized Bank or ICICI/AXIS Bank is also acceptable for EMD. Validity of B.G. should be 6 (Six) months from the date of opening of Step-I.

Quotation without earnest money will not be accepted and will be rejected outright. SSI/NSIC are not exempted from depositing earnest money. Offer through fax will not be accepted.
