1. Should have completed in the last three financial years (i.e. current year and three previous financial years).

At least one similar single work for a minimum value of 35% of advertised tender value.
N.B:- a) Total value of the similar nature of works physically completed in the qualifying period, not the payment received, will be considered. If part similar work has been commissioned and is under use, the amount with respect to that portion of commissioned work will be considered in qualifying criteria. Offers should be with documentary proof accordingly.

In case, the final bill of similar nature of work has not been passed and final measurement has not been recorded, the paid amount including statutory deduction will be considered.

If final measurements have been recorded and work has been completed with negative variation, then also paid amount including statutory deduction will be considered.

However, if final measurement have been recorded, and work has been completed with positive variation, but variation has not been sanctioned, original agreemental value or last sanctioned agreemental value whichever is lower will be considered.

b) The similar nature of work required as qualifying criteria. in this case of tender for Audio Frequency Track Circuit based Auto Signalling work will be Panel Interlocking work (Indoor & Outdoor) or RRI work (Indoor & Outdoor) or RRI (Indoor) or SSI (Indoor) or SSI (Indoor & Outdoor) or Automatic Singalling works with Audio Frequency Track Circuit. If the tenderer is not the original manufacturer of AFTC, then the original manufacturer should submit an undertaking on non-judicial stamp paper of Rs. 150/- duly authenticated before the notary with two witness indicating:-

i) AFTC equipments will be supplied to the tenderer as per technical specification of the tender for the subject work.
ii) Supervise the installation of AFTC equipments and Traing of Railway officials.
iii) Guarantee to support till the entire section is commissioned and 24 months there after
iv) Guarantee to supply spares for a minimum period of 7 (seven) years from the date of commissioning of the entire section.

c) Joint Venture (JV)/Association of Persons (AOP) are permitted in this tender case. All the constituent firms should Individually qualify for turnover criteria prescribed in the tender document and at least one of the constituent firms should have experience of similar work as prescribed in eligibility criteria. In case none of the constituents individually qualify for turnover, the turnover of constituents should be factored based on percentage share in the joint venture. However, one of the constituents should be eligible on account of past experience of similar work. The method of factorisation should be as per Para 2 of clause 2.4 of ITT. The Instructions for submitting the tender by new Joint Ventures are enclosed in clause 2.4 of I.T.T. 

2. Total Contract Amount received during the last three years and in the current financial year.

Should be minimum of 150% of advertised tender value. Tender committee would satisfy themselves about the authenticity of the certificates produce by the tenderer (s) to this effect which may be an attested certificate from the employer/client, audited balance sheet duly certified by chartered account etc.
