a)

Cost of one set of tender document - Rs.10,000=00 + VAT as applicable. Payment should be made by crossed Demand Draft / Pay Order drawn in favour of "The Durgapur Projects Limited" and payable at Drugapur on any bank doing business in India or by payment of the same amount in DPL Cash Counter by CASH.
 

b)

Date of sale of tender paper up to 26-7-08 during working hours from 10.00 to 16.00hrs. excluding Sundays & Holidays and from 10.00 hrs. to 13.00 hrs. on Saturday.
 

c)

Pre-Bid Meeting  - On 11-08-2008 at 11-30 hrs. in Conference Room of DPPS, DPL.
 

d)

Last date & time for submission of complete tender - On 25-08-08 up to 14-00 hrs. (Step - I, II, III & IV).
 

e)

Place, date & time for opening of tender (Step I & II) : Conference Room of DPPS/DPL, Durgapur on 25-08-08 at 15-30 hrs.
 

f)

Earnest Money Deposit (EMD : Earnest Money should be submitted in a separate sealed envelope in following mode:-
 

i)

By crossed Demand Draft/Pay order - Rs. 68,00,000.00 (Rupees sixty eight lakhs) only on any Indian Branch of any scheduled Bank in India drawn in favour of "The Durgapur Projects Limited" and payable at Durgapur".
 

OR

ii)

In the form of Bank Draft for Rs. 1,20,00,000.00 (One crore twenty lakhs) only in any Bank registered in India.
