Tender paper will be available from the office to the G.M. (PP)/DPPS/DPL on all working days (except Sunday, Saturday and Holidays) from 11.00 A.M. to 4.00 P.M. on application to the Genl. Manager (P.P)/DPPS/ Dy.Genl.Manager(Power Plant)/DPPS/S.M.(Elect.)/DPPS with credential and payment of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two thousand) plus Taxes as applicable (non-refundable) to the cash section DPL as the Cost of tender paper. No tender paper will be issued by post.

Rs.63,000=00 in the form of Demand Draft or pay order or Rs.1,25,000/- in the form of Bank Guarantee, which should be valid up to 6(Six months) from the date of opening of the tender. The D/D or pay order or B/G should be issued from any Nationalized Bank in favour of The Durgapur Projects Limited, payable at Durgapur.
