Sealed tender in duplicate in 4(Four) part
bidding system are invited by the Officer-On-Special Duty/ETD/DPL from the
bonafied, resourceful Electrical contractor, having credentials of similar
nature of job for the job of "Erection of double circuit 33KV line from AB
Zone Sub-Station to City Centre Sub-Station".

Intending tenderer may apply for purchase of
tender paper on submitting theirs credentials and copies of Electrical
License, Vat clearance certificate, Trade Licence, Pan Card, P.T.
clearance certificate, P.F statement and other documentary evidences to
the Officer-On-Special Duty/ETD/DPL in theirs Firm's pad and if allowed
they have to deposit an amount of Rs. 3000/- (Rupees Three thousand) only
plus VAT @ 12.5% to the Cash Section of DPL as cost of Tender paper
(Non-refundable).

The tender paper will be
available from the Office of Electrical, Transmission & Distribution on
and from 24-10-2008 to 03-11-2008 except Saturday, Sunday & holiday.

The 1st part will consist
Forwarding letter, Earnest money to the tune of Rs. 1,50,000.00 in the
form of Demand draft/ Pay order in favour of Durgapur Projects Limited,
payable at Durgapur, and on opening if found OK then 2nd . Part
i.e. Credential/Must Condition part will be opened which consist
Forwarding letter & Copies of Electrical License, Credentials, Vat
clearance certificate, Trade licence, Pan card, etc. on 06-11-2008 at 3-30
p.m. The 3rd & 4th part of the successful bidders
will be opened later on and informed accordingly.

The sealed tender paper will be received
till 2-30 p.m. of 06-11-2008. The tenderer should superscribe the tender
notice no. specification no. name of the job, due on. Part no. etc. on the
top of the cover addressing to the Officer-on-special Duty/ETD/DPL.

DPL reserves the right to accept/reject any
or all offers without assigning any reason whatsoever.
