Tender Notice No. 99/SM(C)/PS/DPL of 2008-09 (2^nd Call)
 

Sealed tenders in company's contract form are invited by S.M.(C)/P.S., The Durgapur Project Limited, Durgapur-1, Dist. Burdwan, from reliable, bonafide, experienced and resourceful contractors for the under noted works:
 

1. Qualification of the Bidder:
 

a) As on date of application, the bidder must have credentials for successful completion of similar item of works in a single contract within the last 5 (five) years directly under any Govt. Organization, undertaking and autonomous body of value not less than Rs. 4.00 lakhs.
   

b) Permanent Account No. (PAN) including a copy of the PAN Card, VAT, P.Tax Clearances Certificate, Challan for payment of P.Tax for the current financial year. P.F. Code/Batch No., Trade Licence, Work Order, Schedule of works and job completion certificate.
  

c) In addition to above, satisfactory fulfillment of other relevant clauses to the tender document shall apply.
   

The detailed tender paper may be seen and purchases from the office of S.M.(C)/P.S./DPL/Durgapur on all working days except Sundays and holidays within 04.11.2008 upto 1.00 P.M. and on Saturday from 10.00 A.M. to 12.30 P.M. at the cost mentioned above with the job, to be deposited to the Cash Section of DPL.
   

Before obtaining the tender papers, the tenderer will have to take permission from the S.M.(C)/P.S./DPL/Durgapur. The tender should accompany PAN Card, T.L., VAT, P.Tax Clearances Certificate, Challan for payment of P.Tax for the current financial year, P.F. Code/Batch No., Work Order and Job Completion Certificate.
 

The last date and time for submission and opening of tender is 06.11.2008 upto 3.00 P.M. and 3.30 P.M. respectively.
