|
3.
|
ELIGIBILITY
CONDITIONS [ FOR HDD WORKS] :
|
|
I)
|
The contractors should have valid Contract/Trade
license.
|
|
II)
|
The Contractor should be in a position to execute
the work in narrow lanes of cities areas
|
|
III)
|
Should have the ownership/ lease of at least
1(one) HDD machine and accessories.
|
|
IV)
|
Should have executed HDD works of minimum 5(five)
Kms in last 2(two) years
|
|
|
|
|
4.
|
ELIGIBILITY
CONDITIONS [FOR PLB DUCT LAYING & ASSOCIATED WORKS] AND OTHER OAN
WORKS.
|
|
i)
|
Registered
Contractors of category “ C” and above are eligible to participate
in the NIT.
|
|
ii)
|
Contractors
having Experience in OFC/Underground Cable laying, irrigation,
railways, road and building work with sound financial condition can
take part in the tender. A Certificate to this effect issued by an
Officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer/ Divisional Engineer
should be enclosed along with the Bid document.
|
|
iii)
|
The
Contractors should have valid category contract license for civil
works issued by CPWD/ State PWD/ Irrigation/ Railway Departments etc.
and must satisfy all other conditions stipulated in the tender
document. BSNL Empanelled Contractors of A1,A,B,C & D category are
also eligible to participate in the NIT.
|
|
iv)
|
Each
bidder can participate for maximum 3( Three ) sections only,
subject to maximum of 02 (two) sections in one route.
|
|
v)
|
Contractor
who have work in hand in any division under the jurisdiction of
DGM,MWP,BBSR and not completed the same within the scheduled period
are not eligible to participate in the NIT.
|
|
vi)
|
Contractors
whose performance was unsatisfactory during the last one year in any
division under the jurisdiction of DGM MWP, Bhubaneswar are not
eligible to participate in the tender. The decision of DGM,
MWP,Bhubaneswar in this regard will be final and binding on all.
|
|
vii)
|
The
tenderer should submit valid
EPF Code Book along with
Bid document or, that must be produced by L1 bidder
prior to agreement.
|
|
5.
|
ELIGIBILITY
CONDITIONS [FOR CABLE BLOWING]:
|
|
i)
|
The
Contractor should have valid Contract license for Civil works issued
by CPWD/State PWD/Irrigation & Railway Department etc.BSNL
Empanelled Contractors of A1,A,B,C & D category are also eligible
to participate in the NIT.
|
|
ii)
|
Contractors
having Experience in OFC/Underground Cable laying with sound financial
condition can take part in the tender. A Certificate to this effect
issued by an Officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer/
Divisional Engineer should be enclosed along with the Bid document.
|
|
iii)
|
Should
have the ownership of minimum one blowing machine and accessories.
|
|
iv)
|
Should
have executed Optical Fibre Cable blowing work of minimum 30 Kms in
the last 2(two) years.
|
|
6.
|
ELIGIBILITY
CONDITIONS [FOR SUPPLY OF
50 MM / 100 MM ISI MARKED GI PIPES(MEDIUM CLASS)] :
|
|
i)
|
Registered
Manufacturers/Authorized Dealers/Registered firms.
|
|
ii)
|
The
bidder should have made bulk suppliers(at least
for Rs.20 lac) during 2(two) years.
|
|
iii)
|
The
bidder should enclose documents in support of earlier supplies.
|
|
7.
|
ELIGIBILITY
CONDITIONS [FOR SUPPLY OF
100 MM / 150 MM FULL
ROUND RCC PIPES] :
|
|
i)
|
Eligible
Suppliers of Departments of
Govt. of India/ Govt. of India U/Ts & State Govt.
& State Govt.
undertakings having valid manufacturing license for RCC pipes.
Documentary evidence in Support of above should be attached.
|
|
8.
|
Bidders
must satisfy all the conditions and submit the required documents
mentioned in the bid document.
|
|
9.
|
Tenderers
have to apply in their letterheads specifying the name of the works
for issue of tender papers.
|
|
10.
|
Separate
tender papers should be purchased for
each Section of Sl. A to E.
|
|
11.
|
Time
is the essence of work contract. The tenderers who are certain to
complete the works within the stipulated time as mentioned in the
tender document and NIT need only participate in this tender.
|
|
12.
|
Tenderers
have to fulfill the eligibility conditions as laid down in the
Qualifying Bid for opening of their Financial Bid documents.
|
|
13.
|
Tender
Papers of such agencies whose performance in DOT/BSNL have been
unsatisfactory will be rejected. Decision of DGM, MW(P), Bhubaneswar
in this regard will be final and binding.
|
|
14.
|
Tender
document, not accompanied by the requisite Bid Security (EMD)
shall be summarily rejected.
|
|
15.
|
Contractors/
Agencies not fulfilling the eligibility conditions need not take part
in the tender. Taking part in the tender without fulfilling the
eligibility conditions will be at their risk only.
|
|
16.
|
Tenders
will not be accepted / received after expiry of date and time.
|
|
17.
|
Conditional
Tenders will not be accepted.
|
|
18.
|
The
DGM M/W Project, Bhubaneswar reserves the right to reject any or all
tenders, in part or whole without assigning any reason thereof.
|
|
19.
|
The
approved bidder in Sl.No. A to C shall obtain/process at
his own cost all easements, permits and
licences necessary to do work, however the payment to the concerned
authorities shall be provided by BSNL against the demand note/estimate
raised by the concerned department for the following
|
|
|
i)
|
“Right
of User” easements and permits.
|
|
|
ii)
|
Railway
& Highway crossing permits including bridge.
|
|
|
iii)
|
Canal/Stream
crossing permits.
|
|
|
They
shall persue the case on a continuous basis and get the permission in
the shortest time. No
separate processing charges will be applicable for getting permission.
