NOTICE INVITING TENDER

TENDER NOTICE NO: - DPL/SM(C)/TS/02 OF 2009-2010

Sealed Tender in Company's contract form are invited by Sr. Manager (C)/Township, D.P.L., P.O.:- Durgapur - 2, Burdwan from reliable, bonafide resourceful and experienced Contractor for execution of the following work:-

4.	Repair & Maintenance of GT Roads of A-Zone at DPL Township, Durgapur.	2% of offered Amount	Rate quoted by the firm.	Rs. (1050/- + 131/-) = 1181/- (Nonrefundable)	2 (Two) Months.
5.	Repairing & maintenance of damaged roads from Chowranghee More of DPL Hospital via Meghdoot Club within B-Zone Township of DPL.	2% of offered Amount	Rate quoted by the firm.	Rs. (1000/- + 125/-) = 1125/- (Nonrefundable)	2 (Two) Months.
6.	Repairing of damaged road from Guest House to Shramik Mangal Kendra within A-Zone of DPL Township/Durgapur.	2% of offered Amount	Rate quoted by the firm.	Rs. (900/- + 113/-) = 1013/- (Nonrefundable)	2 (Two) Months.
7.	Emergency sanitary & plumbing work to different qtrs. within A-Zone of DPL Township at Durgapur.	2% of offered Amount	Rate quoted by the firm.	Rs. (500/- + 63/-) = 563/- (Nonrefundable)	3 (Three) Months.
8.	Earthwork in connection with repair/laying of pipe lines, valves etc. by departmental personnel within DPL Township, Durgapur.	2% of offered Amount	Rate quoted by the firm.	Rs. (250/- + 31/-) = 281/- (Nonrefundable)	12 (Twelve) Months.
9.	Replacement of damaged/missing glass panes in different types of qtrs. within B-Zone of DPL Township.	2% of offered Amount	Rate quoted by the firm.	Rs. (200/- + 25/-) = 225/- (Nonrefundable)	1 (One) Month.
10.	Supplying fitting fixing R.C.C. demarcation posts.	2% of offered Amount	Rate quoted by the firm.	Rs. (200/- + 25/-) = 225/- (Nonrefundable)	2 (Two) Monsths.
11.	Cutting & removal of Jungles, bushes, shrubs etc. for keeping the township (A-Zone) free from growth of undesirable wild vegetation.	2% of offered Amount	Rate quoted by the firm.	Rs. (300/- + 38/-) = 338/- (Nonrefundable)	3 (Three) Months.
12.	Cutting & removal of jungles, bushes, shrubs etc. for keeping the township (B-Zone) free from growth of undesirable wild vegetation.	2% of offered Amount	Rate quoted by the firm.	Rs. (150/- + 19/-) = 169/- (Nonrefundable)	3 (Three) Months.
13.	Cutting & removal of jungles, bushes, shrubs etc. for keeping the township (C-Zone) free from growth of undesirable wild vegetation.	2% of offered Amount	Rate quoted by the firm.	Rs. (50/- + 6/-) = 56/- (Nonrefundable)	3 (Three) Months.
14.	Repair/replacement of different types of door & windows including M.S. Gril etc. within B-Zone of DPL Township.	2% of offered Amount	Rate quoted by the firm.	Rs. (1000/- + 250/-) = 1250/- (Nonrefundable)	3 (Three) Months.
15.	Roof treatment & other masonary works of different types of qtrs. (FN, FS, AGN, GT, GW, GS & P - Type) within A-Zone of DPL Township.	2% of offered Amount	Rate quoted by the firm.	Rs. (1000/- + 125/-) = 1125/- (Nonrefundable)	3 (Three) Months.
16.	Roof treatment & other masonary works of different types of qtrs. (B, C, DI, DII, EI & EII - Type) within A-Zone of DPL Township.	2% of offered Amount	Rate quoted by the firm.	Rs. (1000/- + 125/-) = 1125/- (Nonrefundable)	3 (Three) Months.

Qualification of the bidder:-

As on date of application the bidder must have:-

Credentials for successful completion of items of works of similar nature in a single contract during the last 3 (three) years directly under any Govt. Organization/Undertaking of value not less than 50% of approximate contract value.

Last date of sale (Permission) of Tender Paper 12.05.09 up to 12.30 P.M.

Detailed Tender Paper, schedule of quantities, terms and conditions etc. may be seen from aforesaid office on any working day between 11.00 A.M. to 4.00 P.M. upto 12.05.09 except Saturday and Holidays. The Tender paper may be purchased by depositing the cash receipt of the cost of Tender paper. The intending Tenderers will have to produce current PAN Card & VAT Clearance Certificates, Trade License, P.F.Batch No. & P. Tax any documentary evidences to prove their past experiences, capability, financial resources to execute the work in an efficient manner without which no Tender forms will be issued to any party. Before obtaining Tender paper permission is to be taken form Sr. Manager(C)/Township, D.P.L. Tender will be received by Manager (Admn.)/DPL in this office at New Admn. Bldg. upto 2.00 P.M. on or before 14.05.09 and will be opened on 14.05.09 at 2.30 P.M. in the Office of the Manager (Admn.)/DPL in presence of the Tenderers who might be present at that time.
