invited for and on behalf of BSNL by the Divisional Engineer Telecom,
M/W Projects, Berhampur(Gm) from ELIGIBLE, REGISTERED &
EXPERIENCED CONTRACTORS OF SOUND FINANCIAL STANDING for the
above mentioned works as detailed below as per the
specifications laid down in the Tender Document.

ELIGIBILITY
CONDITIONS [ FOR HDD WORKS] :
|
|
i) |
The
contractors should have valid Contract license for civil works issued
by CPWD/State PWD/ Irrigation & Railway Department etc. |
|
ii) |
The
Contractor should be in a position to execute the work in narrow lanes
of cities areas. |
|
iii) |
He/She
should have the ownership/lease of atleast one HDD machines and
accessories. |
|
iv) |
He/She
should have executed HDD works of minimum 10 Kms in last 2(two) years |
|
v) |
A
bidder
can participate in maximum of 2(Two) sections out of the 4 sections (
A to D) mentioned under Sl. No.1. |
|
|
|
|
7. |
ELIGIBILITY
CONDITIONS [FOR PLB DUCT LAYING & ASSOCIATED WORKS] FOR OFC ROUTE. |
|
a) |
Registered
Contractors of category C
and above are eligible to participate in the NIT. |
|
b) |
Contractors
having Experience in OFC/Underground Cable laying, irrigation,
railways, road and building work with sound financial condition can
take part in the tender. A Certificate to this effect issued by an
Officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer/ Divisional Engineer
should be enclosed along with the Bid document. |
|
c) |
The
Contractors should have valid category contract license for civil
works issued by CPWD/ State PWD/ Irrigation/ Railway Departments etc.
and must satisfy all other conditions stipulated in the tender
document. BSNL Empanelled Contractors of A1,A,B,C & D category are
also eligible to participate in the NIT. |

d) |
Contractors
who have 2(two) or more works in hand
in any division under the jurisdiction of DGM, MW(P),Bhubaneswar and
not completed the same within the scheduled period are not
eligible to participate in the tender. |
|
e) |
Contractors
whose performance was not satisfactory & whose contracts have been
rescinded by this division after 01.04.2009 are not eligible to take
part in the tender. |
|
f) |
A
contractor/bidder can participate in maximum 03(three) sections out of
all the sections mentioned from Sl.2 to 5. |
|
g) |
The
tenderer should submit valid EPF Code Book along with Bid document or,
it must be produced by L1 bidder prior to agreement. |
|
|

Bhubaneswar. If the Tender document is downloaded from the website a
Demand Draft/ Pay Order has to be enclosed separately towards
the cost of the tender document alongwith Bid Security. |

time. However, BSNL will not be held responsible for any
postal delay or missing in transit. |

of qualifying Bid/ tender

At
11.30 hrs. of 25.06.09 in the office of Divisional Engineer
Telecom, Microwave Project, Near LIC Office, Church Road,
Berhampur(Gm), in the presence of Tenderers or their
authorised representatives . |

10. |
The
tenderers have to apply in their letterheads specifying the name of
the works for issue of tender papers.
|
|
11. |
Tenderers
fulfilling all the eligibility condition should take part in the
tender.
|

12. |
Separate
tender papers should be purchased for each item.
|
|
13. |
Time
is the essence of work contract. The tenderers who are certain to
complete the works within the stipulated time as mentioned in the
tender document and NIT need only participate in this tender.
|
|
14. |
The
tenderers have to fulfill the eligibility conditions as laid down in
the Qualifying Bid for opening of their Financial Bid documents.
|
|
15. |
The
tender document, which is not accompanied by the requisite Bid
Security (EMD) shall be summarily
rejected.
|
|
16. |
Tenderers
not fulfilling the eligibility conditions need not take part in the
tender. Taking part in
the tender without fulfilling the eligibility conditions will be at
their risk only.
|
|
17. |
Tenders
will not be accepted / received after expiry of date and time.
|
|
18. |
Conditional
Tenders will not be accepted.
|
|
19. |
The
DGM M/W Project, Bhubaneswar reserves the right to reject any or all
tenders, in part or whole without assigning any reason thereof.
|
|
20. |
Other
