Bid Document(s) may also be downloaded from our website www.hindpaper .in or www.tenertimes.com but in such case the Bid fee of Rs.2000/- only shall have to be deposited along with the Technical Bid [Part-I].Purchase preference will be allowed to CPSU as per Government guideline.
