SHORT TENDER NOTICE

Sealed tenders in two-bid system are invited from reputable and experienced contractors for providing following services to our mill site:
   

Tender Fee: Rs. 2000/- each
Sale of tender documents: From 18-06-2009 to 30-06-2009 Upto 12-30 hrs. IST .
Tender closing time & date: 1500 hrs. IST on 30-06-2009
Date of Opening of Technical Bid: 1530 hrs. IST on 30-06-2009.
Pre-Bid Queries : From 18-06-2009 to 27-06-2009 Up to 12-30 hrs. IST.
   

All the terms and conditions including pre-qualifying conditions, EMD etc. should be submitted in the Techno-Commercial Bid, while the Price Bid should contain the rate in Rupees per Unit basis only.
   

Tender documents may be collected from the Cash Section at the above address on payment of tender fee by Cash/DD/Banker’s Cheque. EMD/as well as cost of tender documents is to be deposited in the form of Demand Draft / Bankers Cheque drawn in favour of Hindustan Paper Corporation Ltd. issued by any scheduled commercial Bank payable at Guwahati / SBI, Sonakuchi / Canara Bank Jagiroad. EMD shall not bear any interest.
   

Price bids of only the technically qualified/ successful bidders shall be opened at a later date on prior intimation to such bidders.
   

If the last date of receipt of application / tender submission and opening is a bandh/ local strike/Holiday, tender application/ tender submission and opening shall be shifted to the next working day or as notified.
   

The Corporation reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever or split the job among two or more tenderers as per requirement.
   

The intending tenderers who download the Tender Documents from website, must remit the tender fee alongwith the techno-commercial bid
