Sealed Bids [in two Bid system ] are invited for “Supply of Home Grown Bamboo by road from & beyond areas of (i) BORGAON & (ii) PAROKHOWA of Karbi Anglong during 2009-10 season “ as per following details

(i) (ii)	For Area From & beyond BORGAON . (a) Quantity (b) Minimum Quantity to quote by a bidder For areas from and beyond PAROKHOWA. (a) Quantity (b) Minimum Quantity to quote by a bidder	: 10,000 MGT : 2,500 MTG. : 20,000 MTG. : 5,000 MTG.
3.	Supply Period	6 ( Six ) months.
4.	Earnest Money	Rs.20/- per MTG on the quoted quantity.
5.	Date of Sale of Bid Document	24.06.2009 to 07.07.2009 [ upto 5.00 PM ].
6.	Date of Sale of Bid Document	08.07.2009 [ 12.00 Noon ].
7.	Date of Opening of Bid	08.07.2009 [ at 2.30 PM ].

Detiled Bid Document can be obtained from the office of the FDP Deptt, Nagaon Paper Mill, Jagiroad on payment of Rs. 2000/- per Set at Mill’s Cash Counter or by DD/Banker’s Cheque from any Scheduled Commercial Bank drawn in favour of Hindustan Paper Corporation Limited, payable at Guwahati or, SBI Sonakuchi or, Canara Bank of Jagiroad Branch. Bid Document(s) may also be down loaded from our website www.hindpeper.in or www.tendertimes.com , bur in such case the Bid Fee of Rs. 2000/- only shall have to be deposited along with the Technical Bid(Part –I ) .
