Tenders in prescribed format as detailed herein under are invited by The
Durgapur Projects Limited, Durgapur from experienced bonafide and
resourceful ansporters/Contractors for hiring of 06 Nos of Buses to be
operated on different routs on A, B, C, G and Office shifts for
transportation of Officers and employees from various points to DPL and back
including transportation of School going Children.

documents is available on payment of Rs.1000/- (Rupees one thousand) + Tax
as applicable w.e.f. 16.12.2009 to 31.12.2009 in office days from
Administrative Wing of DPL.

Payment Terms
|
|
|
The payment shall be made
by the submission of the relevant pre-receipt stamped bill addressed to CSO
(Adm) on monthly basis, showing the following components : -

Bus Fare
|

Per Bus per day.
|
|
(b)
|
Cost of Fuel
|
-
|
(i) Total KM Run ÷ 4 x Cost of Fuel for big
Buses.
|
|
(c)
|
Cost of Mobil
|
-
|
Total KM Run ÷ 100 x Cost of Mobil.
|
