Cost of Tender documents : Rs.150/- + VAT (per
set, non refundable).

Bid documents (non-transferable) shall be
issued to only those parties who satisfy the following pre-qualifications :

Valid Income Tax, Sales Tax
Professional Tax Clearance Certificates and Trade License and PF
registration number of DPL/relevant govt. authority.
|
|
b)
|
Relevant experience in
execution of similar nature of job.
|
|

|
Details may be seen from
the Office of the Genl. Manager (C/P), Water Works, The D.P. Ltd.,
Durgapur-2 on any working day except holidays between 1100 hrs to 1600 hrs.
The intending bidders are requested to visit and inspect the existing
installations before quoting their rates. The Offer is to be submitted
within the date and time stated above, in the office of the
undersigned.

However, issue of Bid
Documents will not automatically mean that the offers are considered
pre-qualified.

DPL takes no responsibility
for the delay, loss or non-receipt of Bid documents sent by Post/Courier and
reserves the right to reject any or all the Offers without assigning any
reasons thereof.
