TENDER NOTICE NO. :- DPL/SM(C)/TS/09 OF 2009-2010
    

Sealed Tender in Company's contract form are invited by Sr.Manager (C)/Township, D.P.L., P.O. :- Durgapur-2, Burdwan from reliable, bonafide, resourceful and experienced Contractors for the under noted work. 
   

The intending Tenderers will have to produce current PAN Card & VAT Clearance Certificates, Trade License & P.Tax any documentary evidences to prove their past experiences capability, financial resources to execute the work in an efficient manner without which no Tender forms will be issued to any party.
   

Detailed Tender Paper, schedule of quantities, terms and conditions etc. may be seen from aforesaid office and from office of the Jt. Secretary at I-Shakespere Sarani, Kolkata-71, on any working day between 11.00 A.M. to 4.00 P.M. upto 03.03.2010 except Saturday and Holidays. The Tender paper may be purchased by depositing the cash receipt of the cost of Tender paper. 
    

The sealed Tender will be received at office of the Manager (Admn)/D.P.L. in his office of New Admn. Bldg. upto 2.00 P.M. on or before 03.03.2010 and the same will be opened on 05.03.2010 at 2.30 P.M. in the Office of the Manager (Admn.)/D.P.L. in presence of the intending Tenderers. DPL reserves the right to accept/reject any or all the tenders with out assigning any reason what's over and also have the right to split up into one of more Tender. The intending tenderers will have to obtain written paper permission from the Sr. Manager (C)/Township, D.P.Ltd. before purchasing Tender Paper. 
     

Name of work : 

Annual Repair, Maintenance and Minor Re-Construction works of Township Buildings (Residential & Non-residential) Roads, Drains Culverts and other Civil Engineering Assets of DPL, for the year 2010-2011.

QUALIFYING REQUIREMENT:-
   

1.

Tenderers should have executed Civil Maintenance/Construction works of a minimum value indicated below against single order during the last 3 years with Govt. Deptt./Govt. Undertaking/Statutory Govt. bodies/Agencies. 
  

(i)

Group: A-1 to G: 50% of approximate contract value indicated.
  

Request for Tender documents must accompany documentary evidence in support of Tenderers' qualification, experience of execution of works, latest P.Tax Clearance Certificate. PAN Card, Sales Tax clearance certificates/VAT Clearance Certificate, Trade Licence, partnership deed/affidavid for proprietary firms and the Articles of association etc. 
  

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITION:-
   

1.

Tender documents are not transferable and cost of tender documents not refundable.
  

2.

Bidders are advised to visit the site and familiarise themselves with site conditions.
  

3.

DPL is not responsible for any Postal delay, loss, damage of tenders in Postal transit.
  

4.

DPL reserves the right to accept and/or reject any or all the Tenders or split the work between more than one party without assigning any reasons thereof.
  

5.

Not with standing anything stated above, DPL reserves the right to assess the bidders from any capacity to perform the contract and relax the qualifying requirements, if necessary, in the interest of the Company.
  

6.

Earnest Money may be deposited in the form of Bank Drafts or Pay Orders from any Nationalised Bank drawn in favour of THE DURGAPUR PROJECTS LIMITED payable at Durgapur-1.
  

7.

Attested Xerox copies of Credentials, P.Tax Clearance Certificate, PAN Card, Sales Tax clearance certificates/VAT Clearance Certificate and Trade Licence etc. are to be enclosed with the Tender.
  

Tender Paper may be purchase in person on submission of written request, there in from the following Offices:-

Before purchase of Tender documents, bidders are requested to obtain written permission from the Senior Manager (Civil) Township, The Durgapur Projects Ltd. Cost of Tender Paper is to be deposited in cash at the counter at Durgapur/Kolkata.
