FOR CONSULTANT ON FTP PROJECT.

DPL invites
"Expression of Interest" for Technical Consultant from reputed and
experienced organization/exports on the Project work of "Design and
Construction of 1000 Cu.M. Effluent Treatment Plant on Turnkey Basis".
The party should have experience on Effluent Treatment plant to either any
integrated Steel Plant of India or any Chemical Industries.

and accompanying documents must be delivered within 10 (ten) days from the
date of publication in sealed envelope clearly labeled "EOI for
Technical Consultant of ETP Project/COGP/DPL"

consultant on ETP Project are appended below.

Scope of work for the
Consultant to the engaged in the ETP Project COP, DPL Design, Engineering
services.
|
|
a)
|
Checking of Designs and Approval of Drawings
submitted by the executor.
|
|
b)
|
Approval of MQP and FQP to be submitted by the
executor.
|
|
c)
|
Documentation of all drawings. Technical data,
manual including As-Built drawing.
|
Field Engineering Service :
|
|
a)
|
Quality monitoring of activities at site,
including follow-up with the executor on
|
|
|
i)
|
Adherence to approved schedules
|
|
|
ii)
|
Adherence to protocols.
|
|
|
iii)
|
Quality monitoring including giving clearance
for different stages of the work.
|
|
|
iv)
|
Attend Review meetings with DPL and the
executor.
|
|
|
v)
|
Certifying of jobs executed at stages in
consultation with DPL Engineers.
|
|
|
vi)
|
Acceptance of materials and work, in stages as
required.
|
|
b)
|
Overall supervision of the process
Commissioning and Guaranteed Trial Runs.
