Sealed tender in duplicate are invited by the Officer-On-Special Duty/ETD/DPL from the bonafied, resourceful Electrical contractor, having credentials of similar nature of job for the job of "Extension of Breaker Panel for City-Centre Sub-Station.
     

Intending tenderer may apply for purchase of tender paper on submitting their credentials and copies of Electrical License, Vat Registration, Trade Licence, Pan Card and other documentary evidences to the Officer-On-Special Duty/ETD/DPL in their Firm's pad and if allowed they have to DPL as cost of Tender paper (Non-refundable).
  

The tender paper will be available from the Officer of Electrical, Transmission & Distribution on upto 10-02-2010 except Saturday, Sunday & holiday.
  

The tender paper will be in 3 (Three) part i.e. a) Earnest Money Part, b) Techno Commercial Part & credential C) Price Bid Part.
  

The first part will consist of Forwarding letter, Earnest money to the tune of 2% of Offered amount to be deposited in the form of Demand draft/Pay order/Bank guarantee in favour of Durgapur Projects Limited, payable at Durgapur, and Second part will consist of Forwarding letter, Copies of Electrical License, Credentials, Vat Registration, Trade licence, Pan card, etc. & Technical bid and deviation if any and Third Part will consist of Forwarding letter with Offered price in prescribed format supplied along with the tender.
  

The sealed tender paper will be received till 2-30 p.m. of 11-02-2010 and only first & Second part will be opened at 3-30 p.m. on the same day. The tenderer should superscribe the tender notice no., Part no., specification no., name of the job, due on etc. on the top of the each cover addressing to the Officer-on-special Duty/ETD/DPL.
  

DPL reserves the right to accept/reject any or all offers without assigning any reason whatsoever.
