Qualification
of Bidder :
|
|
|
As on
the date of application of the Bidder must have:.
|
|

i) |
Credentials
for successful completion of item of work of similar
nature, in a single contract with in last 5 (five)
years directly under any Govt. Organization,
Undertaking and Autonomous body, of value not less
than of Rs.4.00 Lakhs.
|
|
|
ii) |
Permanent Account No.
(PAN) including a copy of PAN Card.
|
|
|
iii) |
Photo Copy of P.Tax
Clearance Certificate for the current financial year and
Challan showing the payment of P.Tax for the current
financial year. |

iv) |
Photo
Copy of Trade Licence, VAT Registration No., P.F. Code
No. /Batch No.
|
|
|
Any tender without
requisite Earnest Money (2% of quoted amount) will be
rejected.
|
|
|
In addition to above,
satisfactory fulfillment of other relevant clauses to
the tender document shall apply.
|
|
|
Detailed tender notice,
schedule of items of work etc. shall be issued from
the office of the S.M.(C)/PS./DPL, Durgapur-1, on any
working day except Saturday and holidays between 11-00
A.M. to 4-00 P.M. upto 11.02.2010.
|
|
|
Sealed tenders will be
received by the S.M. (C)/PS/DPL, Durgapur-1 upto 3-00
P.M. on 12.02.2010 and opened on the same day at 3-30
P.M. in the office of the S.M. (C)/P.S./DPL,
Durgapur-1 in presence of the tenders who might be
present at that time.

DPL Reserves the right
to accept/reject any tender and/or split up works
amongst the tenderers without assigning any reason
whatsoever. |
