Tender is to be
submitted in 3-part as mentioned below:

technical & commercial aspects.

1) Qualifying Criteria :- The Party must be an OEM or his authorized representative or must have sufficient
credential of grinding elements for at least 200 MW units of reputed companies like
NTPC, DVC or SEBS during last three years and capable of manufacturing mill grinding
elements and mill equipments for ZGM 113 G mills or its equivalent mills of capacity at
least 40 MT/Hr.

2) Performance Guarantee:-
|
|
i)
|
Minimum life of Rolls (Tyre and Segment ring). – 9000 hrs. (Nine thousand)
|
|
ii)
|
(Free replacement in Case of premature failure of Rolls before 4000 running
hrs, Free replacement is to be made in case of failure between 4001 to 9000 running hrs, prorate has to be made as follows-
|
|
a)
|
Between 4001 hrs. to 5000 hrs………….. 30%
|
|
b)
|
Between 5001 hrs. to 6000 hrs………….. 20%
|
|
c)
|
Between 6001 hrs. to 7000 hrs………….. 15%
|
|
d)
|
Between 7001 hrs. to 8000 hrs………….. 10%
|
|
e)
|
Between 8001 hrs. to 8999 hrs………….. 5%
|
|
iii)
|
Fitment guarantee have to be furnished.
|
|
iv)
|
1 Set will be taken as trial basis & other sets after getting clearance from DPL:
but within –3(Three) months from the date of clearance from DPL.
|
|
v)
|
Manufacturing test and guarantee certificate must be submitted along with
dispatched documents.
|
|
vi)
|
Each Tyre/Segment Ring should bear the manufactures monogram and cat no.
for proper identification.
|
|
vii)
|
Turn Over & net worth should be as per norms of
CVC.
|
