The document can also be obtained by post by sending a
D/D of Rs. 1300/- as
per above BID DOCUMENT cost. However the authority will
not be responsible for postal delay.
If

, a demand draft /pay order has to be enclosed

OPENING
OF QUALIFYING

21.07.10 on
11:00 Hrs at the O/o The Divisional Engineer, Telecom
Project , Plot
No-11, Unit-8, Nayapali, Bhubaneswar-12 in the presence
of the available tenderers or their authorized
representatives . If the opening day is declared as
holiday or ‘Bandh’ ,the Q/B will be opened in the
working day.

Eligibility
Criteria of the Bidder:-
|
|
1.

As
per criterion laid down in clause 7 of Section-IV of the bid
document.
|
|
2.
|
For the HDD works,
one bidder can participate up to 20KM.
|
|
3.
|
For
open trenching work, one bidder is
elligible to participate in two sections only
|
To
achieve the target of the HDD work, the u/s reserves the right
to distribute the quantity of work of
any section
or all the works, at the L1 rate as follows .

Tender
document duly filled in, along with EMD and all requisite
documents should be sealed properly (by PVC tape/sealing
materials) in a big envelope super scribed with which will
contain three individual envelope as below: -

Envelope
marked A should
contain EMD draft and cost of tender document if it is
downloaded from website,
|
|
(B)
|
Envelope
marked B
should contain documents required to be submitted along
with the bid as per Clause no. 7, Section IV of the bid
documents except the bid security.
|

|
(A)
Envelope marked C should
contain Financial Bid of the schedule. If any of the first two
envelopes are found not meeting the requirements by the
evaluation committee, envelope marked as no. 3 will not be
opened and tender paper will be treated as cancelled.
|
|
All the 3
(three) envelopes marked A,B & C containing the
above-mentioned documents should be enclosed in another (4th
) envelope. They should be super-scribed with “NIT No., Name
of the OFC work, Section No., Category of work, Name of
Division and Address of the Bidder”.
|
|
The
tender will be summarily rejected
without the requisite
EMD.
|
|
The
bidder has to satisfy the eligibility conditions as laid down
in clause no. 7 of section IV of the bid document. The bidder
has to liaison with the local authorities & Road
authorities for obtaining ROW permission.
|
|
The
undersigned reserves the right to accept or cancel any or all
tenders or part of thereof without assigning any reasons. The
competent authority is not bound to accept the lowest tender.
