Interested
bidders must have record of purchasing
scrap/ waste material of any verity in
any one year during
last 5 (Five) years.

All
the terms and conditions including
pre-qualifying conditions, EMD etc. should be
submitted in the Techno-
Commercial Bid, while the Price Bid should
contain the basic price in Rupee per Unit basis
(excluding of Taxes). Bid documents may
be collected from the
Stores Section, NPM at the above address
on payment of Bid documents fee, by
Cash/DD/Banker’s Cheque. EMD and cost of Bid
document, payable in the form of Demand
Draft/Banker’s Cheque should be drawn in
favour of Hindustan Paper Corporation Ltd. by
any scheduled Commercial Bank payable at SBI,
Sonakuchi (HPC) branch, Canara Bank, Jagiroad.
EMD shall not be bear any interest. Offers
without EMD will be
rejected.

Price
Bids of only the Techno- commercially
qualified/successful bidders shall be opened on
a later date on prior intimation to such bidders.
|
|
The
Corporation
reserves the right to accept or reject
any or all tenders without assigning any reason.
|
|
The
intending Bidders who download the Bid documents from website, must remit the
Bid document fee along with the Techno-
Commercial
Bids, otherwise , their offers are liable
to be rejected outright.
