the terms and conditions including
pre-qualifying conditions, EMD etc. should be

the Price Bid should contain the rate in Rupees
per Unit basis only.

Tender
documents may be collected from the Cash
Section at the above address on payment
of tender fee by Cash/DD/Banker’s Cheque. EMD/as
well as cost of tender documents is
to be deposited in the form of Demand
Draft / Bankers Cheque drawn in favour of
Hindustan Paper Corporation Ltd. issued by any
scheduled commercial Bank payable at Guwahati /
SBI, Sonakuchi / Canara Bank Jagiroad. EMD
shall not bear any interest.

Price
bids of only the technically qualified/
successful bidders shall be opened at a later
date on prior intimation to such bidders.
|
|
If
the last date of receipt of application / tender
submission and opening is a bandh/ local
strike/Holiday, tender application/ tender
submission and opening shall be shifted to the
next working day or as notified.
|
The
intending tenderers who download the Tender
Documents from website, must remit the tender
fee along with the techno-commercial bid.
