Sealed tender in
duplicate are invited by the Sr. Manager /ETD/DPL from the bonafied,
resourceful Electrical contractor, having credentials fo similar nature of
job of the under noted 3 (Three) job as specified against each of the
job.
|
|
Intending tenderer may
apply for purchase of tender paper(S) on submitting their crdentials for
similar nature of job and copies of VAT Registration, Trade Licence, Pan
Card, Electrical License, Labour License, P.F. Depositing statement etc.
and other documentary evidences to the Sr. Manager /ETD/DPL and if allowed
they have to deposit an amount of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees one thousand) only
for each tender plus VAT @ 12.5% to the Cash Section of DPL as cost of
Tender paper (Non-refundable).

The tender paper will be
available from the Office of Electrical Transmission & Distribution on
and from 23-08-2010 to 03-09-2010 except Saturday, Sunday & holiday.

All the tender paper will
be in 4 (Four) part i.e. a) Earnest Money Part b) Must Condition Part c)
Techno-Commercial Part & d) Price part.

First Part
will consist of Forwarding letter, Earnest Money in the form of Bank
Guarantee/Pay Order/demand draft on any Nationalized Bank payable at
Durgapur in favour of Durgapur Projects Limited for the amount as
mentioned against each tender.

Second Part
will consist of Forwarding letter & Copies of Credentials for similar
nature of job, VAT Registration, Trade License, Pan Card, Professional Tax
Clearance Certificate, Electrical License, Labour License, Service Tax
Registration Certificate, P.F. Registration certificate etc. and other
documentary evidences.

Third Part
will consist of Forwarding letter with Techno-Commercial Deviation (if
any), un-priced schedule, Latest Bankers solvency certificate (Not older
than 6 months from the date of tender notice) Audited Accounts of previous
3 years and photo copy of work order for at lest one similar work costing
not less than the 30% of the estimated cost for each job.

Fourth part Will
consist of Forwarding letter and price in prescribed format supplied along
with the tender.
|
|
Time of completion : Time
of completion for each job is 4(Four) months which will be strictly
maintained.
|
|
A pre-bid discussion will
be held in the Conference room of New Administrative building on
07-09-2010 at 12-00 hrs.
|
|
The sealed tender papers
(all parts) for all the three above stated tenders will be received till
11-30 a.m. of 13-09-2010 and only first & Second part will be opened
at 12-00 noon on the same day. The tenderers should super scribe the
tender notice no., Part NO. specification no., name of the job, due on
etc. on the top of each cover addressing to the Sr.Manager /ETD/DPL and
submitted separately.
